India's cheapest tablet Aakash launched for Rs. 2250/-


The tablet will retail at Rs 2,250, and has 366 MHz processor, 256 MB RAM, Android 2.2 operating system, 7 inch touchscreen, WiFi and 3G (optional through data card) connectivity. It is developed by IIT Rajasthan and DataWind under the Human Resource ministry of India. The retail version will be launched with price of Rs 2,999 with 600 MHz processor.You can buy this product online. But now, the booking of this tablet is halted by excess demand.
