Honda finally launched "BRIO" a true Honda small car in India. Its first debut at the Auto Expo 2010 in New Delhi. The car is available at Rs. 3.95 lakhs for the base variant. The Brio comes in four variants of E MT, S MT, S MT (option) and V MT. This means that for the very first time Honda cars is not come with airbags, ABS and EBD in the base variant to make itself affordable. This attracts a lot of Honda fans in India who want to own a Honda.

The small car Honda Brio is an entry level compact car with a 1.2-litre petrol engine (similar to Honda Jazz) along with the 4-cylinder, it is a 2VC car.  Honda Brio comes with 1197 cc of displacement which will have power of 88 PS at 6000 rpm and torque of 109 Nm at 4600 rpm. The Interior packaging on the car is expected to be in line with the Jazz, so expect it to be high on comfort and space.

Honda Brio is loaded with some advance safety features like TCS (traction control system), IVSP( Intelligent vehicle stability program) and It has two Airbags on front seats in order to guarantee safety if any collision occurs.

The new 2011 Honda Brio is available in the price range of Rs. 3.95 lacs to Rs. 5.1 lacs.

Honda Brio fuel economy will be 18.4 km per liter as per company standard.
